This Privacy and Security Policy basically accepts as a principle to protect the privacy and security of all information and data that ARVİ KARAVAN SAN. AŞ. (“ARVİ”) has in various ways and explains its policy in this regard.

With this Privacy and Security Policy, it is aimed to inform data owners about the processing processes and privacy and security policies obtained by Arvi,

Collection, processing of personal data, purposes of processing and use ;

Arvi Karavan San A.Ş. may request certain personal information (identity, address, tax number, age, areas of interest, e-mail, etc.) in order to provide better service to customers, website users and data owners, to determine the addressee of all kinds of work and transactions to be carried out and to carry out all kinds of information and evaluations regarding the aforementioned activities in the shortest time and in the most accurate way, to organize information and documents that will form the basis of the work and transactions to be carried out on paper or electronically, to be used within the scope of all kinds of services to be provided, etc.

Arvi stores and processes the relevant data specifically for the following purposes:

to develop the promotion, presentation, features, functions and general management tasks of the services through periodic campaign studies, designing special promotional activities for customer profiles and customer "classification" studies to prevent the transmission of unwanted e-mails,
to provide the IP address or device identity allocated to the relevant end device, the activities of the users in the context of the website (e.g. especially the content, texts, images and data files provided for downloading, etc.) required for the provision of the requested service,
to be able to provide all kinds of requested services in the highest quality and to fulfill the obligations imposed by the contracts concluded, to determine the needs of data owners, to renew contracts when necessary and to provide faster service within the scope of new contract needs,
to comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by all competent authorities of a judicial and administrative nature, especially administrative institutions and courts, in accordance with the relevant legislation,
In cases where ARVI has a legitimate interest, these transactions are carried out on the basis established by the relevant legal provisions that allow them to be carried out.

Any transaction performed on data outside this scope is carried out within the framework of other legal obligations, permissions, ARVI's legitimate rights or the explicit consent of the relevant user. 

Use of relevant data;

Recipients of the collected data may include; members of in-house departments, other companies affiliated with ARVI, external service providers (e.g. hosting and content management, marketing agencies, other third-party providers if necessary due to the services they provide), relevant authorities within the framework of their relevant obligations and authorities; for example, in case of an official request or to determine, enforce or defend ARVI's rights, and ARVI's current shareholders or future shareholders in the event of a sale, merger or acquisition.

ARVI does not share the information it collects with third parties without the knowledge or instruction of the relevant user, does not use or sell for commercial purposes for any reason other than its activities, and deletes and destroys the information and data in question, including IP addresses, when it is no longer needed for the above purposes.

User information may only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is requested by official authorities and in cases where it is required to disclose to official authorities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation.

To object to the emergence of a result against the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

The right to object;

The data owner always has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data. Arvi, upon objection; will stop processing the data unless it can prove that there is an important reason regarding the rights and freedoms that need to be protected regarding the processing of the data or unless this serves the purposes such as exercising or defending legal rights and claims.

If you consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw this consent effective from now on.
